I am using cube version 6.4.2. We have license for only one seat but it can be shared with other computers in the network using the main computer as host. I was using the license in my laptop (windows 10) as floating client with my office computer win 7) as floating server successfully. But for a few days I am not being able to open the license manager app in my laptop at all. It does not even show any error message or anything. When I attempt to open the license manager it just asks for user administrator permission then when I click yes to that literally nothing happens. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times but still no luck. However, it works fine in my office computer. I am having this issue only in my laptop.
The software maintenance service for our license has expired so I am not sure if I can ask for help from citilabs folks.
Any input is greatly appreciated.
