I’m sure you have this resolved by now, but I came across this thread yesterday in my searching and thought it would be nice to have a resolution in case others come looking for it. I got this error midway through model runs over the weekend which caused a strange error message “Encountered an improper argument” in Task Monitor. Checked the license manager, everything seemed okay. Restarted, still had the problem. This issue popped up at the same time as routine Windows updates, so I wonder if a linkage was broken somewhere. I contacted Citilabs support, the solution was to reinstall/update the license. It took about half an hour to get it working again once we figured this out. Hope this is helpful. Good luck!
